Join trainer Sharron Bowen from FITMOMSJ for a 6-week total body 45-minute mommy and me workout made by mama athletes for every parent. Workout incorporates body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and of course, our little ones! FITMOMSJ welcomes all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced mommas! Wear athletic apparel, bring a mat, and a water bottle. You may also bring your own weights. For ages to infants to 4 years old. Please register and fill out the waiver.
