Legal Notices

In accordance with New Jersey Public Law 2025, Chapter 72 (S-4654/A-5878), the Gloucester County Library System now publishes all required public notices on this dedicated webpage.

Effective March 1, 2026, all public notices legally required to be published will be posted here and made available to the public free of charge.

Notices will remain publicly accessible for at least one year after posting and can be viewed in the Archive on this page below.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 et seq., beginning March 1, 2026, the Gloucester County Library System will publish all legal notices in full on its official website. The complete text of each legal notice may be viewed or downloaded free of charge on our Legal Notices page.

In addition, the New Jersey Secretary of State maintains an online directory containing links to the legal notice pages of New Jersey’s local government entities. This resource is publicly accessible at: https://www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml
