How do I reserve a meeting room?
To reserve a meeting room at a GCLS branch library, download and complete the forms below. Return the forms by faxing them to 856-223-6039 or by scanning and emailing them to meetingrooms@gcls.org.
What forms do I need to fill out to reserve a meeting room?
The following forms must be completed to reserve any meeting room at any GCLS library:

- Please note the Glassboro branch has moved to a new building and we are in the process of updating the policy to reflect the new size and description. Please email meetingrooms@gcls.org if you have any questions about the Glassboro location.
Are there floor plans available?
Yes, floor plans for all GCLS locations are available. See the Meeting Room Floor Plans (PDF documents) below:
