What are the library's hours?
All GCLS branch libraries will be open to the general public:
- Monday and Wednesday: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (Glassboro, Greenwich, Logan, and Swedesboro) and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mullica Hill)
- Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (Mullica Hill)
Are there special hours for seniors and/or those with special health considerations?
Yes. We have set aside time specifically for seniors (ages 65 and up) and for those with special health considerations.

Are face masks required?
Yes. A face covering is required to be worn inside the building for anyone over the age of 2 years old. We also ask that all patrons keep a distance of at least 6 feet between others in the building
How many people can enter and how long can I stay?
There are building occupancy limits in place. Due to the size of each building, the occupancy varies. We kindly ask that you limit your time in the library so other patrons may come in.

How do I return materials?
All library materials must be returned in the outside bookdrops. We are not accepting returns inside the building.
Can I pick up my reserved items? Are you still offering contactless pickup?
Yes, for the quickest and safest holds pickup experience, we recommend using our Contactless Pickup Service. Holds can be placed online, by phone, by email, or via chat. When you receive a notification that your items are ready for pickup, you can place a pickup appointment online or over the phone. Your materials will be placed in a bag on a table near the door where you can take them and go.
If you prefer, you may pickup your holds inside the building. However, we do strongly recommend our contactless service.
Are public computers available?
Yes, however there are currently limits. Fewer computers are available and they are all socially distanced. Patrons are limited to 1 hour total per day. You will also be able to make a reservation in advance for a computer as well here.
Can I get help with the library's computers?
Yes, we will be offering help with the library's computers remotely. Please visit our COVID-19 Computer Help page for more information.
Can I reserve a meeting room?
No, unfortunately, our meeting rooms are unavailable at this time.
Are you taking donations?
No, we are not accepting donations of any materials at this time.
Is notary service available?
No, our notary service is suspended until further notice.
Is tutoring allowed in the building?
No, tutoring is not allowed in the library until further notice.
Can I get research help?
Yes, our librarians remain available to assist you during regular business hours via email at email@example.com, via phone at 856-223-6050, and via chat using the Ask a Librarian tab on the website.
